Crawford Doyle in the Sunday Book Review

In the January 18 issue of the New York Times Book Review, Alan Gilbert, Music Director of the New York Philharmonic, mentions Crawford Doyle as a favorite bookshop. In his “By the Book” interview, Gilbert says, “…I’ve become a regular at Crawford Doyle Booksellers on Madison Avenue. They have a relatively small but amazingly beautiful selection, and there is that wonderful Old World atmosphere that I think is ideal in a bookshop.”
